I love your products and am extremely pleased with your customer service. However, I did have one damaged item in this last order and would like to know what to do about it,.SKU : M41364-007 - the clasp is not working, it is a push clasp and it just does not push in, it does not seem to be easily fixed and it cost approx. $50 so I do not want to lose the money - Please advise on how to handle. thank you!

Hello. You shipped the order with TNT and I don,t work with this company because I had to pay a lot . NExt time you must ship with UPS , doesn,t matter if I have to pay a little more. On the other hand the finding of one bracelet and one neackle were damage.
