The products are excellent but we are very disappointed that one item was received damaged. We sent the photo but it has not been replaced. It is a bit unfair that we shall have to place another order before the item is replaced. After all it is not our fault that this item was damaged(broken). Many things which we would have liked to order are out of stock and part of our order was also out of stock which is rather diappointing. Too many things are out of stock. Thanks and regards
