What can a member do if he hasn’t received the email to activate his account?
When you complete the registration, it would be good to keep the page open and you request the email to be sent again. You can also check your spam folder or resort to a more popular mail service such as Gmail, Hotmail, etc.

 

How to change account information?
After logging in, you can see My Account on the bottom left. You can go to Change my profile to change your Password and shipping information can be changed in the list of Change Password and Contact information.

 

How to retrieve password?
To ensure you can successfully retrieve you password, please reset your cookie to default as follows before you take the next step.

1 ) When entering the page of “Login”, click “Forgot your password?”.
2 ) Input your registered email address, and then click “submit”.
3 ) We will send an e-mail to your registered email address with a new password in about 1-2 minutes. Repeated trying is not recommended in this period as we send different passwords everytime. You can try again if you do not receive it in due course.
