Do you send free catalogs to view your entire jewelry collection/items?
We do not have a printed catalog because we try to give our customers what is in the latest fashion at the moment. If we print out a catalog, the product will be out of fashion by the time it is finished and sent to the customer. Not having a catalog also gives us the opportunity to sell not only a certain number of items that come in a catalog but to add instantly new products to our website. This way the customer has complete access to what we have in stock and what we are adding to our website immediately.

 

Can orders be shipped to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes, all orders can be shipped to any address you provide us with.

 

Can I Pay For My Order By Credit Card?
Yes, but you have to use Paypal.

Our customers in Brazil have informed us that companies importing anything to Brazil are supposed to state their "CNPJ" number, and individuals are supposed to state their "CPF" number on invoices.
So If you want us to ship your order to Brazil,please make sure you give us correct "CNPJ" or "CPF" number,so the package can go throught customs smoothly.

How do i know if the earrings are for pierced or clipped earrings?

Does any of your jewellery come with boxes?
Our products are simple packaging, there is no box.

 

What should I do if the goods arrives damaged?

Are the pictures the same as your real jewelry?
Generally speaking,the pictures are the same as the real items,But there will be tiny color difference between the real items and the pictures because of the brightness,contrast and resolution or other factors.So the color difference is inevitable in some degree.All pictures are processed before they are posted to our website.

 

Can I pay part of the remit first, and then the rest after receiving the goods?
We are afraid not. On the one hand, divided payment will only increase unnecessary expend for you. On the other hand, we are a company with a good reputation established around the world. If you are not so confident in shopping at our store, you are suggested to place a small order for the first time. After you confirm our credit, we may set up long-term cooperation with each other.

 

Can I change what I have ordered into other jewelry after placing an order online?
